**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join us who carries the current electrical certifications.

If you’ve got drive, enthusiasm, personality and excellent communication / customer service skills plus proven experience in a similar role, then we’re listening

You'll be comfortable working within a team and are able to work effectively and collaboratively with professional consultants and will work closely with our Electrical Manager to ensure allocated tasks are effectively scheduled with clear outcomes.

**Skills Required**:

- 10 Years+ post qualification experience working in and around commercial property portfolios.
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Testing and Inspection (Advantageous)
- 18th Edition BS7671:2018 Amd. 2 Certified
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work within a team.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with professional consultants.
- Ability to plan work and complete it within agreed timescales.
- Ability to work under pressure and with changing plans and timescales.
- Ability to read wiring and building services schematics.
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond to issues and find workable solutions safely.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical Faults.
