Due to **continued growth** the position of **Construction Manager **has become available to join our **successful team** based in** Heathrow**.

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period "H7", Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen's Terminal.

**Role Requirements**
- Civil engineering qualification, CSCS, SMST.
- Work with the Project Manager to lead the delivery team in developing a safe, efficient and effective sequence of delivery (managing the interfaces between day and night working).
- Ensure the project and contractual requirements are met while maintaining a strong relationship with our Client and delivery partners
- Drive efficiency and continual productivity improvements, creating best practise for the team and adding value for our customer
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
