Sales Trainee

Brickability Group plc are offering entry level opportunities to individuals seeking to develop their sales skills. Initially office based for the first 6 months, you will learn the sales process end-to-end, building relationships and shadowing our experienced team. You will have the opportunity to attend customer sites alongside our Sales Team and attend regular workshops with your fellow trainees from around the group.

Due to our constant expansion, we are currently offering a Sales Trainee position based out of our Site in Mitcham.

**What would my role be?**

This is a unique opportunity to step into a lucrative sales role with limited experience. As a Sales Trainee you will be provided with on the job training with support from our experienced team.

After your initial training period you will be assigned a geographical territory and an account base of customers. Your customers will be Architects, Contractors, Developers and Builders. This role is underpinned by a specialist Level 4 Sales Apprentice training program along with on-the-job development to provide the skills to grow into a successful sales professional.

**What is required for the role?**
- Driving license is essential (Note, you must be aged over 21 to be covered on the business car insurance)
- Confidence in speaking to new people over the phone and face-to-face
- Able to adapt your communication style to build rapport with different customers
- Possess a target driven mindset
- A business-minded person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
