**Location: Portsmouth PO2**

**Salary: £26k - £30k**

**Position: Permanent**

This is a great role for a **Full Time / Part Time Sales Progressor** with previous experience in residential sales coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.

You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents.You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.

- Knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
