**Job Title**:Helpdesk Operator

**Schedule**:30 hours**:Monday - Friday 10:00 - 16:00

**Pay**:NHS AfC Band 2 - £22,383 per annum pro rata

iFM Bolton are pleased to have an excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk Operator to join our Customer Services team, based at Royal Bolton Hospital on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. As a Helpdesk Operator, you will work closely with colleagues within the department and the Trust to provide a high quality telecommunications service.

**Job Role**:

- Ensure Telephone calls are responded to in agreed timeframes
- Ensure customers, iFM colleagues and contractors are dealt with in an excellent service focussed manner
- Ensure accurate information is documented in the CAFM system
- Ensure correct priority is given to task and customer is aware of the response time
- Ensure all aspects of the query is recorded in the CAFM system
- Ensure when receiving a follow up query this is logged correctly in the system
- Ensure it is communicated to the customer if a duplicate call has been received
- Support the Customer Services Lead as and when required with data/information from the system
