Freight Sales Administrator

Here at P&O Ferries we are recruiting an experienced administrator to support our Freight Sales team as well as providing our Freight MD with the necessary secretarial support.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who possesses strong organisational skills and wants to work in a fast-paced environment. P&O continue to grow with 2 new state of the art ships joining our fleet in 2023 plus our enviable brand history as a travel supergiant this is an exciting time to become part of our organisation.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Assist Managers with projects, and contribute where appropriate to the Project Committee assisting with keeping records, actions, deadlines and reporting
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents and presentations as required.
- Support management and staff with Company expense claims
- Process orders and invoices accurately and efficiently utilising the Company invoice system. Liaise with staff, customers, and finance department to rectify any queries.
- Maintain bookings for meeting rooms, arranging equipment and refreshments as required

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Ability to deliver consistent good customer service
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and develop effective relationships with appropriate staff across all functions
- Excellent MS Office skills : Specifically Word - Excel - Power Point
- Able to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
