Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor - Beith

Duration: 4 weeks

Location: Beith, United Kingdom

Hourly Rate: £24

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations on the construction site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site workers
- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team members
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Keep accurate records and documentation of site activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with the project team and provide regular progress reports

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction site operations and processes
- Possession of a valid SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) certificate
- Experience working with cladding is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
