A newly created role to be part of the senior leadership team of a fast growth PE backed business.

Support the board as they move to a new site, improve their systems and manage relationships with 3P vendors.

**Client Details**

The business is an extremely impressive fast growth organisation, which has experienced a huge leap forward in size and scale in the past 18 months. One of the market leaders in their field, the results are superb, and with PE backing there is huge potentialfor them to continue on their positive journey. As part of the changes, they have identified that they need an experienced Head of IT to sit on the senior leadership team (the current board are just the CEO and CFO) to advise them on how technology can helptheir business innovate.

**Description**

The role will cover all aspects of technology leadership. Initially the role will only have a couple of direct reports, as it's expected that the new Head of IT be hands on with the delivery of their technology plans. Implementation of an ERP and a goodtechnical knowledge of systems would be useful, as would experience of working in periods of fast growth or change, as it's expected that the company need a technology leader who can support them as they evolve.

This role will cover the whole spectrum of IT, from cyber security, operations, data, infrastructure and working with them on their website.

**Profile**

Experience at Head of IT level, or someone who has had their first IT Director role would be required, as this will own the strategy and budget, and will be a partner to the board.
