Job Role: Tanning Supervisor

Hours per week: 34 hours per week

Hourly rate: £12.20 per hour

Shift pattern (if applicable): Must be fully flexible to work a range of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday to Sunday.

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

Kwik Tan is a successful tanning salon, with over 40 venues across the UK. These venues are usually based within our larger sister company Admiral Casino, who provide Adult Gaming Centre options countrywide for slot machines and bandits. Joining us as a Supervisor you will play an integral part in supporting all aspects of the vital day to day operational running of our salon. You will be:

- Constantly providing excellent customer service
- Assisting in actively promoting forthcoming offers and promotions
- Professionally handling customer complaints and queries
- Building meaningful rapport with customers to drive a culture of repeat custom
- Keeping the salon clean and tidy

There is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all our salons, as well as complying with and following industry legislation.

Firstly, as our salons are based within our Adult Gaming Centres, we need all staff and applicants to be **18 or above** due to the legislation surrounding the gambling industry as a whole.
