This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with Revit software experience to step into a long established building service practice which has a significant focus on sustainability. On offer is a chance to join a nationwide company and become an essentialmember of the team. The Manchester division has plans to double in size within 12 months so it is a perfect time to progress your career in a company but also upskill with internal and paid external training courses offered.
Do you have experience using Revit? Do you want to be one of the key members of the Manchester division as the company looks to double in size?
The company have several offices across the UK and strive to ensure that they are able to deliver excellent buildings tailored to clients specific needs. The aim is blend Design, Energy and Facilities Management under one roof and provide an integrated servicefor their clients. They currently work with one of the best architectural practices in the UK and previously worked with major architectural practices such as Foster + Partners. Due to landing a number of significant projects they are now looking for a RevitTechnician to join their team and help with the sustained growth of the business.
You will be responsible for using Revit software to draw building systems and work with the other engineers to coordinate that. The projects that are taken on can vary and changes dependant on clients needs. Hybrid working available but ideally you should bein the office 3 days per week. It is not essential that you have done this role before as specialist training is provided from whatever base you already have although 1-2 years' experience using Revit is desired, ideally with MEP experience.
The Role:

- Use Revit software to create technical drawings and three-dimensional building designs
- Work with clients that have a sustainability values and work in efficient energy reduction
- Delivering and managing technical drawing packages
- Technical detailing

The Person:

- Ideally 1-2 years' experience using Revit ideally with MEP experience but a necessity
- Would consider architectural technicians with the aptitude and ability to change
- Live commutable to Manchester
- Work well within a team that has plans to double in size within 1-2 years
