An exciting opportunity to join Liverpool's and the UK's number 1 Build To Rent Scheme as a member of the night concierge team.

**Personal Qualities and preferred skills**
- Excellent customer service, comfortable in dealing with tenants face to face, excellent telephone manner.
- Capable to carry out a lone working role efficiently, with a high level of autonomy.
- Knowledge and experience of working in a similar role in previous employment.
- Understanding of PPMs and safety checks.

**Duties**
- Maintaining high levels of customer service with the residents.
- Making sure that all keys are kept securely, providing keys and access to contractors when required.
- Litter picking, sweeping leaves and collecting garden debris in all site areas including roofs and gullies.
- Maintain equipment and ensure security of equipment.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop all common parts where required.
- Dust all ledges/window ledges/skirtings where required.
- Load and rotate bins with rubbish for collection by the local Council on the scheduled days.
- Report incidents/maintenance issues and breakdowns, liaise with external contractors.
- Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to and all risks to visitors, staff and residents are removed or reported.
- Deliver and produce mail shots as and when required.
- Collect post and keep vacant units clean and tidy.
- Ensure parking restrictions are kept to and abandoned cars are reported to the site management.
- Patrol the site regularly and ensure the security of site at all times.
- To ensure that instructions given by Property Managers are carried out.
- Assist the Property Managers where possible.
- Assist with stock recording and ordering on site.
- Assist residents and visitors to the estate.
- Regularly inspect and make sure that communal signs are clean and clear, report any signs that are damaged or missing.
- As and when required to attend Health and Safety training courses and provide management team with all valid health and safety qualifications.
- During regular inspections make sure that all communal areas, hallways and fire escapes are kept clear of all obstructions.
- Monitor the lifts on a regular basis.
- Liaise with tenants on move in’s and move out’s, making sure they use the appropriate designated lift.
- As required, attend to any other requests instructed by the management team.

The regular working hours will be 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
