An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse or ODP to undertake a band 6 role within the scrub speciality, This would encompasse Trauma, Upper and Lower Limb, Dealing with the day to day running of the lists and any Equipment/Kit issues. It would also include supporting a team of Band 5's and Theatre support workers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help carry our service forward during this time.. Delivering a high standard of care during surgical intervention in a demanding and complex environment. You will already have considerable post registration theatre experience and possess a post registration mentorship or equivalent teaching qualification.

A key part of the role will be to to initiate new ways of working in support of the Trust’s transformation of services and driving productivity and efficiency.

A key part of the role will be to work with the theatre management team to initiate new ways of working in support of the Trust’s transformation of services and driving productivity and efficiency in an increasingly changing and challenging economic environment.
