Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, administrative expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise office staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software to manage financial records and process invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain office systems, including electronic and physical filing systems
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Basic understanding of human resources processes and procedures
- Experience in supervising or managing a team is a plus
