**Finishing Ops Cleaning Operative**

The Finishing Department is responsible for the inspection, redress and cleaning of VCR ‘s & Canisters from contaminants and damage. It is important to be a dedicated team player with a keen eye for attention to detail to meet quality control standards as this department acts as a Quality Assurance Point within production.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Inspection of Canisters overall appearance for Cleanliness and Damage.
- Inspection of VCRs for Cleanliness and Damage.
- Clean and Repair (If required) any VCR and/or Canister.
- Raise Quality Concerns (If repeated damage over time has been noticed)
- Assign and assemble all Canister attachments complying with Drawing.
- Processing new vessels conforming to the procedures.
- Assembly of vessels to the customers drawing pack.
- Conditioning vessels to a high standard.
- Logging bubbler conditioning information and producing certifications.
- Tamper proofing conditioned vessels after requirements are met.
- Changing Nitrogen and Helium gas bottles_._
- Quality Check Products against a Controlled Drawing.
- Assemble Kits and Attachments.
- Lightly Polish Canisters and bag accordingly.
- Follow Packing Procedures and Pack accordingly.
- Attach Paperwork to consignments and ensure Collections are dealt with correctly.
- Housekeeping and Stock control.

**Salary**: £23k

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Connahs Quay: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
