**Technical Administrator**:
**Duties & Responsibilites**:

- Manage LCM / GCM process to ensure maximum results achieved
- Ensure materials are returned for analysis as required
- Ensure that all losses are recorded through appropriate systems (regardless of value and / or root cause)
- Create claims resulting from CAR’s (Corrective Action Reports)
- Identify all affected units - Commission number, address, responsible, contract status & load to FACT / COR Tool
- Publishing DLFI’s to all concerned with the work instruction & completion forms
- Marking completed units off FACT, filing to the TECH drive accordingly & updating the COR Tool where necessary. Updating the publication tracker with completion, material and other statuses
- Ordering all DLFI material for the UK via SPOT, GCM or direct orders with advised suppliers. Including PO creation and billing. Creating all global order numbers for the UK/IRE
- Creation and sending of off portfolio letters (1st & 2nd) for DLFI’s. Processing responses from letters and passing the details to the Branch concerned, including those ‘Returned to Sender’
- Liaising with Site Engineers in case of site address issues
- Liaising with / Coaching business as required
- Liaising with Logistics providers as required
- Metrics and reporting
- Supporting the FQE Team with day to day tasks
- Conduct Reviews (Processes & Compliance - in line with defined “Audit Schedule”) to seek Systems / Process Improvements
- Work in accordance with established Company Policies and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements
- All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group safety requirements
- Employees must comply with Company Health & Safety requirements and set a personal example of safe behaviour
