**Job Description**:
Working across two of our fashion brands - I SAW IT FIRST and Missguided, duties will include but not limited to:

- Responsible for achieving daily shoot targets across ecommerce whilst ensuring quality and consistency of imagery never slips.
- You are the secondary stylist on all campaign shoots, pre-shoot and on set whilst supporting the Styling Lead.
- Working with the Styling team to create and lead the styling vision, campaign, social and advertising content.
- Work with the studio team to create a positive, creative and happy shoot environment.
- Research trends across all platforms and brands to make informed styling decisions and ensure I SAW IT FIRST is consistently current and engaging, pushing for the best.
- Create inspirational mood boards of recent trends, muses and competitor analysis to share with the Styling Lead and the rest of the styling team.
- Liaise with Styling Lead on trends, product drops and intake dates to ensure you are organised and shooting the correct products in the right timings.
- Pull together campaign styling decks for external shoots.
- React to sales and styling feedback from various departments.
- Working closely as part of a team and supporting other stylists and departments when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in styling, across both womenswear and menswear.
- A fashion expert with a keen eye for an ever-changing fashion landscape.
- Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with others and able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Commitment, drive, and self-motivation.
