**SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITE EXECUTIVE - ELECTRICAL BEAUTY DEVICES**

**THE COMPANY AND BRAND**

Stylideas was founded by Tom Pellereau and Lord Sugar after Tom won the BBC’s Apprentice Show in 2011. The company has since developed to become a multi-million pound leading supplier of electrical beauty devices which are sold in over 43 countries in retail outlets.

The Stylpro product range has expanded into a range of skincare devices, mirrors, sustainable products and a number of other categories following the success of the award-winning brush cleaner and dryer which Tom invented and which has sold in millions of units worldwide.

Stylideas seeks to bring solutions to beauty problems at affordable prices using a combination of new technologies and innovative product design to expand its range of exciting new products.

**THE ROLE**

The key areas of the role include the following:

- Create and arrange scheduling of engaging social media posts that showcase our product portfolio and brand values and company goals.
- Liaise with consumers online in a timely and professional manner to their questions and comments.
- Assist with running paid advertising on paid media.
- Analyse and report on the KPI performance for each of websites, social media performance and the websites.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with new product launch events, promotional events and marketing campaigns.

**WHAT WOULD WE LIKE FROM YOU?**

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Creative mindset to create interesting and appealing content and hosting engagement activities such as competitions, quizzes and shareable content.
- Own influencer gifting and partnerships and collaborations with other brands
- Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports.
- Previous experience of social media advertising formats and PPC (Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good Excel knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency with social media creation software (eg Canva, Later)
- Passion for beauty products.

**WHAT WE DO FOR YOU**
- Full time permanent role.
- Dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working - Office based 2/3 days a week near Hemel Hempstead.
- Modern open offices based in a rural environment with car parking.
- Friday finish - 3pm finish except Winter season.
- Increasing holidays with service - + 1 day/yr service (after 1 year).
- Extra 3 days holidays between Christmas and New Year and Extra Day off on your birthday (both after 1 year).

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
