**Job Title: Care Solicitor **Ark Search are currently recruiting for a well-regarded regional high street practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis due to expansion.

Duties will include:

- Managing own caseload of childcare matters
- Conducting own advocacy at hearing and instructing counsel where required
- Dealing with supervision orders, emergency protection orders and care orders
- Supervising junior members of staff

This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working.

**Salary**: £40k - £60k DOE
