**This Role**
As a Production Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. The key performance areas of this role will involve:
- Design optimisation to ensure smooth flow through factory.
- Collating delivery schedule and consults customers to book specific delivery dates.
- Ensuring that Management Systems Procedures are always followed.
- Providing admin support for Production Manager
- Stock Control / Purchasing
- Proven experience as a Production Co-ordinator or similar role within the construction industry and knowledge of logistics is preferable but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to ensure continual delivery of total customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and resource management to ensure targets are achieved.
- A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environment.
- Supports individual and team direction and development.
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual who seeks continual improvement in performance and processes.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hours for the role are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
