Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated operative to join our team. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in fencing preferred
- CSCS card and Driving License
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
