**ABOUT US**

Turning Point Scotland’s South Ayrshire service support people with mental health issues, physical health, on the autistic spectrum & learning disabilities. As a team we provide 24/7 support to live their best lives.

Supports are either community based or within the persons own home. We encourage our service users to become active members of their community through accessing local resources, building on skills, maintaining and developing friendships, employment opportunities and working towards agreed outcomes.

We also have a number of transitions services which comprise of young adults who still live at home with their parents. We offer support throughout the week supporting them to meet up with friends, go out for meals & attend activities.

You may provide support to multiple service users per day ensuring that no day is the same

Our 24/7 services have shift patterns that would normally be within the hours of 7.30am - 10pm. Typically this would be a 16-hour shift including a sleepover payment.

Transition supports are generally week days between the hours of 9am - 6pm.

Start and finish times will alter and shifts may be longer or shorter dependant on service user requirements.

This role will involve day shifts, evening shifts, sleepover shifts, and weekend work.

**Where there is a requirement for sleepover shifts, which typically last for 8 hours, you will receive £84.80 for each shift worked**
