Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE OWN VAN AND TOOLS
- Perform various tradesman tasks including painting, masonry, work, roofing,carpentry.
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in painting, masonry,, roofing, carpentry.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in tradesman tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £150.00-£180.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
