As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:
- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what’s right.

“We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our diverse and friendly team here at Woodbridge. This is a dual site location which also includes our Ipswich Branch. There will be the requirement to work across both locations, to build on your skills and knowledge. We are a team of 11 over both sites, with experience ranging from one month to 20+ years and we use that knowledge to help and support our customers.
As well as assisting our customers in branch and over the telephone, we also get out and about in the community to deliver financial education sessions to both children and adults.
Both branches pride themselves on exceptional customer experience and support and we are looking for someone who shares that same passion.
