**What will you be doing?**
- Striving to exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Developing a deep understanding of our brands' services to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.
- Resolving issues and challenges during the booking process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for customers.
- Tailoring holiday options to meet the unique requirements of guests and travel agents.
- Enhancing customers' holiday experience by offering additional holiday extras.
- Collaborating closely with team members to foster a strong team ethic.
- Making outbound calls to existing customers and proactively pursuing leads to generate sales.
- Responding promptly and effectively to sales enquiries.
- Keeping informed about our competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Providing an end-to-end guest experience, ensuring customers feel cared for and valued.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment

- Flexibility to meet business and customer demands
- Experience in travel or resort-based environments (desirable)
- Keen interest in walking or winter sports (desirable)

**Our Benefits**

You will start with 25 days holiday a year - this rises by 1 day per year to 30 days after 5 years with the company. You also get UK bank holidays. There is the option to 'buy’ additional holiday leave if you need more time off
