Night Porter/receptionist

**IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE**
- **We are currently looking for a Night Porter Receptionist to work at The Oakwood Hotel on a four on four off basis**_

**Shifts**:24-32hrs per week, 11pm - 7am, weekends included _(chance for overtime available)_

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

**Location**: **GLOUCESTER**

**Reception**:

- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer all accommodation enquiries
- Checking in and out of guests
- Excellent time keeping
- Processing reservations
- Use an online payment system
- Greet, serve and look after our guests
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheltenham, GL52 2NZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
