**What is the purpose of the role?**

The Neighbourhood Safety Officer is responsible for responding to and managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases from Bolton at Home customers. They manage cases where an early resolution has not resolved the situation and implement a range of interventions and support plans.

**Why is the role important?**

This role is important in helping to reduce cases of anti-social behaviour by putting in place interventions that challenge the behaviour of perpetrators as well as support the victims. The team enables customers to sustain tenancies and ensuring they live in a safe and positive environment.
