This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of our busy and friendly team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and willing to learn, with good IT skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales process through researching and qualifying sales leads in various industry sectors, sales administration and account management activities for our Telesales colleagues and Sales & Marketing Director. To achieve this, you will need to be flexible with good communication skills.

Duties will include:

- Generate sales leads, fully researched and qualified across a range of industry sectors.
- Updating the internal database, adding prospective clients when required.
- General administration tasks.
- Contacting clients to confirm pre booked meetings.
- Answer and initiate external and internal calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Key skills:

- As this is a role working within our sales team, you will be a natural communicator with high concentration levels and attention to detail.
- You will be self-motivated and flexible in your approach.
- Excellent organiser, with time management skills.
- Ability to use computer packages including Microsoft Office, Access and Outlook.Experience within a similar role is preferred but not essential.
