Responsibilities:_
- Empty and clean all kitchen rubbish bins
- Operate the commercial dishwasher
- Assist to reduce waste and expenditure
- Help train and support new members of staff
- Help the kitchen and front of house staff as needed
- Ensure your work area is kept clean, tidy and well stocked
- Complete cleaning duties in accordance with the cleaning schedule
- Ensure all dishes, pots/pans and cutlery are cleaned to a high standard
- Follow Sanitation, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Policies Guidelines / Procedures
