LA Blinds Birmingham is seeking a motivated and skilled operative employee to join our team. As an operative employee you will play a vital role in our factory, where you will be responsible for the rails and rollers manafacturing of window blinds. This exciting opportunity involves measuring, rails and roller cutting and assembling,sewing,attaching hardware, and ensuring the finishing touches on our blinds. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of blinds techniques and the ability to work with a variety of materials.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Making rails and rollers
- Attach hardware to window blinds.
- Finish window blinds to desired specifications.
- Work with a variety of materials, including fabric, wood, and metal.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience preferable training will be provided.
- Strong DIY skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of materials.
- Attention to detail.
- Safety awareness

**Physical Demands**: The production operator must be able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and use hand tools.

**Work Environment**: The operative employee will work in a factory setting with exposure to noise and dust.

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
