We're excited to announce the upcoming launch of a brand-new restaurant in the West End As a result of some of our valued team members moving to this new location, we're thrilled to be seeking fresh talent to join our dedicated team at our main restaurant in the Merchant City.

We are looking to hire **two waiters**, **one bartender** and **one floor supervisor**.

**As a supervisor,** you will beresponsible for overseeing the daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer experiences. The role requires a combination of leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. Also as a supervisor you will work close to the assistant manager and manager to deal with complains and bookings.

- Previous experience as a supervisor in a similar environment,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders and service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

**Salary**: Negotiable

**As a waiter**, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Requirements**:

- Provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, using a POS system if applicable.
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals to tables.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, observing proper serving techniques and etiquette.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance throughout their dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process guest payments, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the establishment at all times.

**Up to 11/h + Good Tips**

**As a bartender**, we are looking for someone with experience in cocktails and coffees with also a good knowledge about different brands. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced and high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails and a passion for creating innovative cocktails.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage busy shifts.
- Basic knowledge about coffee.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Up to 11/h + Good Tips**
