Fit Food Tasty is a rapidly growing company thriving in an exciting new industry.

Our mission is to to make healthy eating easier and more enjoyable than ever before.

We have a team of professional Chefs cooking delicious and nutritious meals using fresh, natural ingredients. These meals are provided to our hundreds of happy customers through multiple different channels both direct to consumer and also working with local businesses such as gyms and petrol stations.

For this role you will be assisting with the day to day running of the business which will include many different tasks from helping with food prep in the kitchen to dealing with customers and organising the delivery or collection process. You will be a key member of a small team and receive full in-depth training on the job.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Kitchen Assistance:

- Preparing ingredients and helping Chefs with meal assembly
- Learning recipes and preparation techniques
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards
- Cleaning equipment and ensuring a tidy workspace

Customer Service:

- Responding to customer inquiries and requests quickly
- Updating customers on order status
- Providing excellent communication and a friendly face of the company

Delivery Management:

- Organising effective routes and schedules for deliveries
- Carefully packing and checking completed food orders
- Loading/unloading vehicles and driving to delivery locations
- Building relationships with regular delivery customers

Administrative Tasks:

- Answering phones and forwarding to appropriate team members
- Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Providing general clerical and operational support across the company

Please see below an example of the what the working schedule for this role is likely to be:
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Monday: 9am - 7pm

Tuesday OR Saturday: 10am - 2pm

Wednesday: 9am - 7pm

Thursday & Friday: OFF

The role is slightly flexible on the hours within reason, between 30-40 hours per week with potential for more or even less if you are looking for a part time role. We are really just looking for the right person to join and bring value to our team.
