Finance Assistant

Coding and posting supplier invoices
- Managing and maintaining the tidiness of the purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Matching invoices from suppliers with purchase orders and delivery notes
- To code and post credit card expenses to the purchase ledger on a timely basis
- Review general ledger and aged payable report on a timely basis to ensure no duplication of entries and that suppliers are paid on a timely basis and within the constraints of the Company's cash flow position.
- Working closer with Finance Manager to establish a weekly cash payment BACS run
- Multi-Currency Bank Reconciliation
- Intercompany Transfers
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Prepayments & Accruals
- Develop a strong working relationship with all departments
- Be responsible for developing your skills and challenging yourself within your role.
- Any other tasks that might arise in the future within the finance department.
- Experience of Sage 50
- Payroll Experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
