We need a leader who embodies our values of being brave, creative, and seeing the person every day. We are looking for an individual who will be inspirational, able to motivate and support our excellent workforce.

We are seeking a Chief Executive who understands how to lead in a complex environment, with experience of managing through periods of significant change and growth. We need someone with a commercial mindset who can lead this amazing charity to the next level of achievement. This role brings the opportunity to make a real, genuine impact on people’s lives.
