**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers and service teams by providing expert guidance on automotive parts and accessories. Due to the nature of this role it is on
- site and there will be a requirement to work every 2nd Saturday as overtime. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with identifying, locating, and procuring the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Utilising your in-depth knowledge of vehicle parts to advise customers on suitable options based on their needs.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are readily available for both customers and technicians.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely delivery of required parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through excellent communication and personalized assistance.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
