**Labourer - Permanent Full-time**

Role Requirements
- Driving to and from sites.
- General labouring.
- Ductwork cleaning.
- Kitchen ventilation cleaning.
- Fire damper testing.
- Surveying.
- Must have a full clean UK driving licence.
- Must be able to work at height and in confined spaces.
- Be physically fit.
- Work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate a good level of communication, liaise with and take instructions from Team Leaders.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures including stringent Health & Safety procedures.
- Be willing and able to work away from home including nights and weekends.

Pay
- Starting salary for this entry level role is £20k a year, with realistic earning of around £23k a year with overtime.
- There is opportunity to progress to on-site team leader which increase to a basic salary of £23k with realistic earnings of around £30k+ a year with overtime.
- Company Bonus Scheme.
