**Host/Hostess**

We are looking for a world class Host/Hostess to be the face and host of our brand-new dining experience.

We are looking for someone with a proven rack record in fine dining, an excellent knowledge of both food and wine and most of all a positive attitude and passion towards food service.

This is an opportunity to work with an amazing team, to be involved the project in its planning stages and truly feel part of the experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Setting up the dining room and arranging / laying tables
- Welcoming / greeting customers.
- Handling reservations and table allocations
- Coordinating dining room service
- Ensuring immaculate customer service
- Coordinating the activities of dining room staff
- Working with the chef and management on menu and wine list creation

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous fine dining experience essential.
- A passion for food
- A working knowledge of wines and wine parings
- Extensive food and drink knowledge
- A full understanding of allergens
- Excellent organisational skills
- An exceptional communicator.
