Factory Labourer

A leading heavily industrialised manufacturing business located in Medway Towns is looking to recruit a **Factory Labourer** on a permanent basis.
Working hours will be Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 16:30 or 08:15 - 17:30 Monday - Thursday and 08:15 - 13:15 on a Friday. The role involves heavy lifting.
- Have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to all tasked work
- Have good attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work in line with production deadlines
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to a team environment
- Work on own initiative
- Be willing to learn and take on board new skills.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment or working to tight work specifications would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
