This is an Interim HR Business Partner opportunity not to be missed as your will be key to ensuring this well respected charity continues to deliver and build on its success.

The Charity are seeking an Interim HR Business Partner that will be CIPD Level 5 qualified / part qualified or working towards and have worked as either an HR Manager or HR Officer in a professional and fast paced environment.

Part of a wider team, this generalist role, you will be involved in coordinating a diverse range of HR issues including ER, organisational change and providing professional advice in all HR policies and procedures.

As the Interim HR Business Partner you will assist in embedding the organisations People and Change Strategy, developing a culture which supports their Values and Behaviours and promoting wellbeing initiatives across all your fellow employees.
- Experience working within a HR Manager/ Adviser capacity
- CIPD Level 5 qualified/ Working toward Level 5 with experience in ER and HR roles
- Approachable and supportive nature
- Collaborative working practices
- Ability to work under own initiative on projects
- Prioritising, planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all stakeholders
