We are recruiting for an organised, effective & creative **Marketing Coordinator** with strong communication and time management skills to assist the Leadership Team with the coordination of marketing activity across all the brands in our group. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial and focused individual looking for a new challenge to support us with the development of marketing activity, and be involved in the day to day running and deployment of our social media, marketing collateral and support our business development teams with marketing projects designed to increase the reach of 4 new and growing brands.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Work as part of our Client Development Team on marketing activity and projects and coordinate the deployment of our Marketing Plan for 4 busy brands.
- Schedule & manage the deployment of our social media plan - including monitoring our social media channels and the preparation of content.
- Manage and gather content (blogs, copy and video) from the business through internal and external providers as required.
- Work with marketing suppliers to produce marketing collateral.
- Review Marketing Analytics and prepare marketing reports for Senior Leadership.
- Other marketing administrative projects as required.

**Core Competencies**:

- Previous experience of marketing in a business environment.
- Basic graphic design skills (for example Canva, Affinity Designer, PowerPoint & Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc).
- SEO and Google Analytics.
- Strong time management & project skills.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Very strong written & presentation skills. (including previous experience of writing business copy)
- Willingness to get involved, learn & adapt quickly & work hard to achieve results.

**Preferred Competencies**:

- An understanding of Global Mobility, Relocation or comparable industries
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced start up environment.
- Previous experience of coordinating successful marketing campaigns and vendors.
- Basic video editing, GIF creation,

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- University / College Degree (preferred)
- Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with Salesforce / equivalent CRM (preferred)
- In house systems and strong IT proficiency (including project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel and similar)
