Bartender and Server

Part time hours available. (Weds - Saturday). Need to be flexible to work both evenings & weekends.

Competitive rates of pay depending on experience, plus tips.

We are looking for part time members of staff to join our team. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given - a passion for delivering quality customer service is a must. There are plenty of progression opportunities for the right person, along with an equal share of all tips and staff perks inc. discounts on food & drinks. We close at 11pm Friday & Saturday, so no late finishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Overseeing the front of house orders and waiting staff.
- Performing check-backs with customers and ensuring lead times for ordering.
- Completing drinks orders.
- Mixing cocktails.
- Making coffees and hot drinks.
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and takeaway.
- Handling the takeaway service at the window hatch and making sure any extras are prepared.
- Helping on tables when busy.
- Keeping the fridges stocked and making sure back bar is fully stocked and tidy.
- Processing orders on the till, dealing with checks and bills.

**Salary**: £10.50-£14.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Bartending: 1 year (required)
