Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a fast-growing Automotive business, based in Rawdon. This is a temporary role and the length can be based on you - 3 months, 6 months, 12 months with the potential to go permanent.

Duties will include, however not be limited to;
- Processing invoices - inputting and upload of manual purchase invoices
- Managing and dealing with purchase ledger enquiries
- Minimising the level of overdue invoices on the purchase ledger
- Supporting the wider accounts and finance function as and when required
- Allocating daily bank payments
- Ensure supplier disputes, including overdue invoices are escalated with management
- Scanning, filing and logging account documents
- Have experience working within an accounts department
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills

Salary is up to £23,000 depending on your level of experience

Monday to Friday 9-5pm
