**Powder Coater Painter**

Based at **Blackburn,** Lancashire

We currently have a great opportunity for a **Powder Coater Painter **to join our team responsible for cleaning and preparing various steel items for powder coating, reading and interpreting job cards to understand work requirements and general assistance around the factory.

**The Role**:

- Setting up an automated powder coating booth.
- Topping up powder levels.
- Setting and adjusting spray guns/nozzles.
- Inspection & preparation of products prior to coating.
- Clean and prepare surfaces.
- Inspection & checking the quality of finished product & reporting any issues/defects.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment & materials.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and operating procedures for handling and preparing materials for powder coating.

**Working Hours**:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6.00am - 6.00pm.
