Community Links is an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation which aims to provide high quality services, adhering to the principles of best practice, promoting equal opportunities and working positively with diversity._**

Aspire is an innovatively developing our ARMS pathway and using approaches such as Open Dialogue, in addition to providing NICE-recommended interventions. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic individual for our ARMS pathway with similar ambitions, and you would be joining a creative and thriving team that includes psychologists, CBT practitioners and systemic family therapists.

The postholder will be contributing to the assessment of people who may be suitable for the pathway, and liaising with and working alongside people from the ARMS team and wider Aspire service. You will also care coordinate a limited number of people, in addition to providing individual, systemic and group-based therapeutic interventions.

Service development will be a key element of the role. We would like someone who would be proactive in engaging and working with different communities, faith organisations, educational and statutory/non-statutory services, identifying and addressing potential barriers of certain communities in accessing services.

**What will you be doing?**

You'll join a highly skilled, dedicated and compassionate team who have a real passion for supporting our clients.

Working as part of an experienced and committed multi-disciplinary team, you will act as senior ARMS practitioner (including care coordination). You'll have sound risk assessment skills and as this is a specialist team it is essential that you are passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing psychosis.

This position would be an excellent opportunity to develop an area of special interest and expertise. We are looking for applicants with a strong desire to work with people who express unshared and apparently unusual distressing experiences, and an ability to be a leader within the service.

**If you have**:

- Experience of proactively engaging and working with different communities
- A good understanding of principles of Early Intervention, including At-Risk Mental State pathways
- Experience of working as part of an MDT in a mental health setting
- Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence
