Front of House Supervisor

**Mr Choy is seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing team.**

As a Front of House Supervisor, your role will be to:

- Effectively manage incoming orders and timings
- Coordinate outgoing deliveries with drivers
- Pack dishes into bags with efficiency and accuracy
- Resolve any customer/order issues as they arise
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Ability to multitask to a high level
- Confidence to problem solve under pressure
- Great customer service skills
- Positive ‘team player’ attitude

Working hours are 4:55pm - 10:40pm each day. You must have good availability on weekends and during holiday periods.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 17-23 per week

**Salary**: £10.70 per hour
