No two days will be the same; in fact, this isn’t your usual “phone-bashing” Credit Control role; this position is about understanding what’s preventing customers from paying and providing solutions.

Below is a list of the duties and responsibilities:

- Make robust recommendations for the collection of outstanding monies in a timely manner
- Liaise with all parties to resolve disputes and queries to facilitate timely payment
- Manage all reporting required by the client on Bad Debt
- Credit control reporting
- Ensure to keep accurate records of all clients contact to enable understanding of disputes, categorisation of dispute and confirmation all clients contacted
- Additional ad hoc accounting functions to assist accounts department
