We’re looking for a Resource Allocation Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and home Office Contract Administration Team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.

**Location**: Basingstoke

**Contract**: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**

As a Resource Allocation Advisor, you will undertake support duties for the operational and office-based teams.

Your day to day will include:

- Booking in of subcontractor and engineers with site. Making sure everyone attending sites has the correct clearance levels.
- Allocating out all work orders (apart from PPMs) around the PPM schedule.
- Regularly checking in with Contract Managers over engineer availability and any issues with resourcing work out.
- Providing a professional, efficient, and effective service delivery experience to both internal and external customers.

This role of Resource Allocation Advisor is great for you if:

- Excellent telephone manner, with great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
