Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of accommodation operations
- Ensure high-quality guest services and satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
