**OVERALL SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide on hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative and reporting requirements.
- Maintain our processes and systems in respect of Agreement changes, aligned to our business authorities. To include variation letters and legal documentation requests.
- Handling client payment requests and processing within business authorities.
- Assisting the new business/onboarding process with system set up checks and client training.
- Timely and accurate system closures, to include completion and circulation of Termination reports.
- Attend client visits as required to enhance and build on existing relationships

- Put customers at the heart of what we do as a business and that when delivering our products and services the customer’s needs are met as far as possible.
- Ensure that our products and services are clearly, fairly and accurately described in marketing and other client documentation.
- Ensure that customers are treated fairly throughout the transaction lifecycle.

**Risk & Compliance**
- Ensure understanding, identification, management and monitoring of risk in accordance with agreed policies.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF**:

- Have strong numeric and computer skills
- Have experience of working within financial services

**IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU**:

- Previously have done a Customer facing role
- Have acquired ABFA qualification to Foundation level
