HMS are recruiting Multi-Trade Operatives to become part of an integrated team for the delivery of a first-class construction and maintenance service.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Carry out complex maintenance and construction activities in a core craft discipline and to be suitably qualified and proficient in at least one other of the following trades:

- Joinery;
- Plumbing;
- Plastering;
- Tiling.
- Utilise IT and communications equipment.
- Operate within a scheduled appointment system.
- Deliver recognised industry standards for compliance, quality, and productivity.
- Undertake the supervision and training of apprentices.
- Drive a company van.

**To be successful in this role you need**:

- Time served apprenticeship.
- Craft City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in core discipline.
- Craft City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 in secondary craft discipline.
- CSCS card at appropriate level.
- Full UK or EU driving license.
