**About the role**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Data Administrator to join our team, with a primary focus on efficient data management and insightful reporting to enhance our recruitment processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Regularly audit and clean the database to ensure data integrity.
- Streamline data entry processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop and generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics
- Analyse data trends to provide actionable insights to the recruitment team and leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create customised reports based on specific needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and systems that improve overall recruitment efficiency.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in recruitment data administration or reporting roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in working with data management tools and reporting software such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
